Founded by Horst Sonnendorfer and Franz Wieth. With innovative lighting concepts, systec secured its first major clients such as the European Patent Office
in Munich.

Development of the first patented coin deposit lock for Shopping Cart
– the breakthrough. systec evolves into the world market leader for coin deposit systems.
